TAMM, Abu Dhabi Government Services handles over 650 services, offering a seamless experience for those carrying out government or private related transactions.

The TAMM portal aims to have all government services made available to both residents and tourists in one place by 2021.

My role was to lead a team of 12 designers, delivering 333 services, leverage many disciplines such as, business strategy/digital strategy, analytics, research, visual design, and technology to uncover CX innovation opportunities and define the future state. Liaison with stakeholders and senior client executives.
